Tasty marinated beef tips

 2 ½ oz soy sauce
 2 ½ oz water
 ¾ tsp ginger
 2 tsp garlic
 ¼ cup minced onion
 ¾ cup brown sugar
 ½ tsp crushed red pepper
 ¾ cup dark Karol syrup
 ¼ tsp pepper
My Mix
 2 tbsp Molases
 2 tbsp Corn Syrup
 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Minced Onion
 1 Clove of garlic minced
  tsp Black pepper
 ½ tsp Ground ginger
 1 lb top round steak about 1/2 in thick

Boil over med heat. Stirring until thickened. Cool and refrig.
Will marinate 2-3 pounds of meat for 2-3 days in the frig.

Can be frozen.

My Mix

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Slice steak into 1/4" slices.
Put it all in a zip lock bag.
Seal the bag and work the marinade into the meat.
Refrigerate for at least 1 day. Mix it up periodically.
