Honey Garlic Pork Chops

For the Pork
 2 Center loin pork chops, well trimmed
 ½ cup Flour
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Black pepper
 ¾ tsp Ground ginger
 ½ tsp Ground nutmeg
 ½ tbsp Paprika
 Pinch Cayenne pepper
 1 Egg
 2 tsp water
For the Honey Garlic Sauce
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 1 Clove minced garlic
 ½ cup Honey
 2 tbsp Soy sauce
 ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
The Pork

Sift together the flour, salt, black peppe,r ground ginger, nutmeg, paprika and cayenne pepper.

Make an egg wash by whisking together the eggs and water.

Season the pork with salt and pepper, then dip the meat in the flour and spice mixture.

Dip the chop into the egg wash and then a final time into the flour and spice mix pressing the mix into the meat to get good contact.

Heat a skillet over medium heat with just enough canola oil to cover the bottom of the pan.

Fry them gently for 4 Minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Drain on a wire rack for a couple of minutes

Honey Garlic Sauce

In a medium saucepan add the olive oil and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat to soften the garlic but do not let it brown.
Add the honey soy sauce and black pepper.
Simmer together for 7 Minutes remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes.

Dip the chops in the sauce and serve.
