 6 medium green tomatoes, quartered
 ½ cup small white onions
 1 ½ green bell pepper
 1 ½ red bell pepper
 1 ½ cups white vinegar, divided
 ¾ cup + 2 Tablespoons sugar
 1 tbsp salt
 2 tbsp mustard seed
  tsp allspice
  tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp celery seed

Wash vegetables and put through food processor. Do not over process. Then drain the vegetables.

Place vegetables in a kettle add 1 cup of vinegar. Bring to a boil reduce heat and boil for 30 Mins stirring frequently.

Drain and discard liquid.

Return vegetables to the kettle and add remaining vinegar sugar salt and spices. Simmer 3 minutes. Keep mixture simmering while packing canning jars.

Pack into one hot jar at a time fill to within 1/4" of jar top.
Adjust lids and process jars in boiling water bath for 5 Minutes.

Remove jars and tighten lids.
