 15 oz Can Red Salmon
 8 oz package of Cream Cheese
 2 tbsp grated onion
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tbsp horseradish
 1 dash Liquid Smoke

Remove skin and vertebrate from drained salmon.
Working in a medium bowl, with finders carefully inspect the salmon and remove large bones. Add the fish to food processor bowl.

Add the next 4 ingredients and blend very well.
Do not over process.

Add liquid smoke to taste. (Careful it is very strong)

Allow to come to room temp before serving.

Serve with sliced french bread.

Fresh salmon or leftover grilled salmon can be used instead of canned fish.
