A quick and easy childhood favorite.

1 ½ lbs ground Chuck
1 small onion, minced small
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 squirts yellow mustard
½ cup ketchup
½ cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the ground meat and onions. Drain any fat, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes stirring. Serve on soft rolls.
Serve with smashy potatoes and Gam's baked beans.
