Scalloped Corn (Baked Corn)

Holiday Family Favorite

Yields4 Servings
 1 cup milk
 2 cups (1 can) corn
 1 cup crushed crackers
 ½ tsp salt
 1 dash black pepper
 1 egg

Mix all ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
Preheat oven to 350 Bake about 60 Minutes.
