Soft warm tortillas filled with a spicy beef and veggies.
From: Annette

In a dutch oven brown beef in oil. Add lemon juice, garlic, cumin, seasoned salt, chili powder and red pepper flakes and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 Hrs stirring occasionally.
Add green pepper and onions and cook until vegetables are soft about 1 Hrs.
Spoon into warm tortillas and serve with cheese salsa sour cream and tomatoes.
The day we make this, it's what's for dinner!
Heat some refried beans, whole kernel corn, the filling, some salsa and shredded cheese and you have a great burrito. Top it with hot sauce and sour cream with 1/2 an avocado on the side and you have supper!
We zip lock bag up the leftover filling and freeze it for future dinners.
If you have a crowd for dinner, just put the hot pot of filling on the table with warm tortillas and whatever toppings you like... and let crowd build their own. Just about any Tex-Mex condiment works good and it makes for a fun dinner.
