From Food Network w/ Ray Mods

1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
¼ red onion, finely chopped
2 chopped mangos
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
Salt to taste
A few dashes hot sauce, to your taste
Chopped cilantro leaves, optional
Mix first 9 ingredients and garnish with cilantro (optional).
