About 2 inches anchovy paste
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
½ cup olive oil
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
Mash anchovies, add next 5 ingredients. Whisk to combine.
Whisk in olive oil real slowly. Then add grated Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
Add to Romaine lettuce and croutons.
