½ lb sweet Italian sausage
1 cup marinara sauce
½ cup thinly sliced pepperoni
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, shredded
1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated pizza crust -or- your favorite homemade crust
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)

½ cup Racotta Cheese
Heat oven to 425. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet cook sausage over medium heat stirring frequently until no longer pink; drain. Stir in 1/2 cup of the marinara sauce the pepperoni and basil. Set aside.
Unroll dough. Cut dough in half crosswise; cut each section in half lengthwise. On cookie sheet press or roll each dough portion into 7x5-inch rectangle. Spoon sausage mixture and cheese on one side of each rectangle. Fold dough over filling; press edges firmly with fork to seal.
Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Heat remaining 1/2 cup marinara sauce; serve with warm calzones.
