4 Slices of bacon - thick cut applewood smoked
½ Onion, chopped
2 - 1 lb cans of pork and beans in tomato sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
Cook bacon until not quite crisp; drain and reserve 2 tbs of drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook the onion in the reserved bacon drippings until soft.
Preheat oven to 325.
In a bowl, add the beans, onion, bacon, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Mix well and transfer to a glass baking dish.
Baked uncovered for 30 Mins
