1 Small can evaporated milk
3 tbsp While vinegar
½ cup sugar
Mix all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid.
Mix well then shake it to thoroughly mix.
Serve a bowl of garden lettuce (black seeded Simpson). Top with this dressing.
Keeps well in refrigerator if tightly capped.
